Onlangs ontving ik een vraag van een AliExpress klant die hulp nodig had bij het vinden van zijn pakket. Hij had bericht gekregen dat zijn pakket naar een pick-up point was gestuurd, maar wist niet zeker waar hij naartoe moest om het op te halen. Bovendien kon hij met de trackingnummer die hij had geen informatie krijgen van DHL of PostNL.

Ik begrijp hoe frustrerend dit kan zijn, vooral als je uitkijkt naar je pakket. Daarom wil ik graag wat licht werpen op hoe je kunt omgaan met deze situatie.

Ten eerste, het is belangrijk om te weten dat wanneer een pakket wordt verzonden naar een pick-up point, de informatie over welk pick-up point dit is meestal te vinden is in de verzendgegevens van je bestelling op de AliExpress website of app. Als je niet zeker weet hoe je deze informatie kunt vinden, kun je inloggen op je AliExpress account, naar je bestellingen gaan en de specifieke bestelling selecteren. Kijk dan naar de verzend- of trackinginformatie.

Als de informatie daar niet beschikbaar is, probeer dan de trackingnummer in te voeren op de website van de verzendmaatschappij die wordt gebruikt (in dit geval DHL of PostNL). Hoewel je al contact hebt gehad met hen en ze geen informatie konden geven, kan het geen kwaad om het zelf te proberen.
