
More and more people are receiving packages with “Ye-commerce” listed as the sender. This often causes confusion, especially when something is wrong with the product or if a return is needed. In this blog, we explain what Ye-commerce actually is — and more importantly, what to do if you want to return an item or get a refund.
What is Ye-commerce?
Let’s be clear: Ye-commerce is not a website. You cannot place orders there. It is not a webshop, and you did not purchase anything from them. Ye-commerce is a logistics company — a shipping partner used by other sellers and stores, for example on platforms like AliExpress.
If you receive a package with “Ye-commerce” as the sender, it simply means they shipped the product to you on behalf of another seller. It’s just like PostNL or DHL: they deliver your parcel, but they are not the place where you made your purchase.
Real-life example
Angela sent us a message:
“Hello, I ordered a swimsuit and I’d like to return it. How do I do that? And how do I get my money back?”
We asked her where she had placed the order. Her response:
“Ye-commerce.”
This is a common mistake. Angela assumed she bought from Ye-commerce, but they were just the shipper. In fact, she had placed the order on AliExpress. In that case, you need to contact the seller through your AliExpress account to request a return or refund.
What should you do?
- Check where you placed your order
Look through your emails or log in to the website where you made the purchase. That’s where you need to go to arrange a return or ask for support. - Contact the seller
You do this via the platform you purchased from. If it was AliExpress, log in, find your order, and click “Contact seller” or “Open dispute.” - Don’t expect help from Ye-commerce

If you ordered through AliExpress, you can open a dispute within 15 days of delivery. AliExpress will mediate. If you paid with a credit card or PayPal, you may also be able to file a claim through them.
