Every day, I help people with questions about packages, orders, and foreign online stores. But please note: I am not the official customer service of AliExpress or any other store. I offer advice based on experience and do my best to guide you. But to help you properly, I need a few things from you.
What I need from you:
- The actual name of the store or website where you placed your order. Not vague names like “YE-commerce” or “Order Service Ltd”, but the real store name with domain (such as temu.com, aliexpress.com, shein.com, hobbygigant.nl, or beautyforyou.be). You can usually find this in your confirmation email or bank statement.
- The return address, if you have sent a package back. It’s often a P.O. box in the Netherlands (for example, in Schiedam). Without that address, I can’t help you effectively.
Without these two details, I can’t check where your package is or advise on what to do next.
I started this support through VraagAlex.com, because thousands of people didn’t know where to turn. It has grown into a volunteer initiative. Want to support this free help service? You can donate via:

Got a question? Send me a WhatsApp message, but don’t forget: always include the name of the store and — if it’s a return — the return address. That way, I can help you faster!
Kind regards,
Alexander from VraagAlex.com
